Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to:

Email: harwellsupport@gmail.com

You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option). We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or from the day you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
